Coffee on the polo field.
On Sunday 18 October, Kaffekos packed up the cafe and set up a stall at the Jinnah Polo Club, for the final match of the polo tournament and a day dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness.
Under a canopy of white fabric, leafy wreaths and pink lanterns, our little round bar poured iced coffee all afternoon. Guests kept coming, in pink and in good spirits, with balloons in one hand and a Kaffekos cup in the other. Alongside the coffee we served savoury bites, and there was music at the stall as the sun went down over the field.
It was a long, happy, busy day, and a lovely reminder of what a cup of coffee can do: bring people together for something that matters.
Pink October, and why it matters
Breast Cancer Awareness is about early detection, open conversation and standing beside the women in our lives. We were proud to be part of it, and to share a cup with everyone who came to support the cause.

Thank you to the Jinnah Polo Club for having us, and to every guest who stopped by, queued up, smiled for the camera and made our stall one of the busiest corners of the day. We loved being there.
